My final project Was a collage that represents the visuals of Michael Jackson’s video “thriller”. In my proposal, I wrote that I would put 4 of his most iconic videos in m collage, but later, I decided that I would be better to concentrate on his most popular and impactful one. I made sûre to incorporated the 2 most important aspects of thriller which were the movie night concept and the horror concept. I started out with many sketches with different ideas and finally style for this one. I used d leather for the background to represent michael Jackson’s iconic jacket and then added elements like the popcorn, the movie aign and the graves. Those items were made out of cork tiles and I painted them the way I wanted. Even thought my artistic skills aren’t the best, what was the most important to me was to get the general essence of Thriller
Rod Temperton, the songwriter behind Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” has passed away. Ralf Krause honors his legacy with this artwork for John Landis’ classic short film/music video. Prints are available from Firebox.

KILL SAM JR
Activity and story: There are multiple steps go through to win the game. There’s steps where you have to shoot, others where you have to throw items to a specific spot. The story wasn’t clear to me. Mechanics: - Dynamics: - Interaction: Its a competition. the fastest person to reach the end is the winner Skills: you need to be able to shoot precisely and Suggestions: working on the storyline and the concept. The morals weren’t very clear. Strenghts: The games are physical and you aren’t just sitting down the whole time.
Grattitude Journal
This project consists of a daily journal where she wrote things that she was grateful for. There were some struggles when it came to the point of being repetitve, but she overcame them eventually.
Ambiant Music
It consisted of a collection of sounds that was supposed to be seen as the background music for a movie
Music Video
He gave visuals to a song that he liked and filmed a video on his phone during a roadtrip.
Song He made a rap song about life and his aspirations. He went to a professional studio to record it.

Activity and story: You pick a card according to the number you rolled on your dice. You also roll a dice to know how many round UNO flip cards will be between you and the blue cards.
Mechanics: The part where you are supposed to reach your target on the blue cards involves a catapult, which adds a mechanic element.
Dynamics: When you see the others trying to find the object on the blue cards, it make you want to find it too before the hourglass indicates that there’s not more time.
Interaction: It made us compete to try to win.
Skills: you need to quickly find your object on the blue panels. You also need to be able to reach it using the catapult.
Suggestions: I liked the idea of having a time limit, but I wish the time was longer.
Strenghts: It was smart to add levels of difficulty to reach the object.
Activity and story: You roll the dice, advance o the board and then, make the monkeys reach the tree.
Aesthetics: the game had a tropical vibe that make it look visually pleasing.
Mechanics: the shooting of the monkeys add mechanic elements to the game.
Dynamics: At the end, since it is very hard to reach the tree with the monkeys, it makes the players want to try again and again.
Interaction: This game favours competition since we all want to get more points to advance on the grid, and we also want to reach the top of the tree with the monkeys.
Skill: being able to reach one of the leaves by using the spring. Since the spring make the monkey jump backwards, they are very hard to reach.
Suggestions: using something else to make the monkey jump. I also did not really understand the story behind the game. It did not have a link to morals.
Strenght: I liked that there is an element of movement with the springs and the tree.

-TAKE DOWN THE ROYALS-
1/ Analyze/deconstruct the games you have by writing down the main concepts
in the games you want to keep.
We kept the board of snakes and lader and the pieces of chess. We also took the dices that were part of the other games, and we used them to make the game easier.
3/ Now choose 5 to 15 amongst those rules to combine into your new game.
-Place the 4 skippers on the right side arrows. If the peasant lies on the skipper, they skip a turn
2-Roll 2 dice and add the number. Roll one dice and multiply the number with first result to decide where the royals will be placed. If two Royals are in the same place.
3-Place the peasants on starting point.
4-Roll the dice and move the peasant forward.
5-If the peasant lies on a Royal place, then the peasant rolls the dice again.
6-The peasant awards the points that are rolled on the dice + the points of the royal ( 5points King, 3points Queen, 2points Bishop, 1point knight. )
7-when a peasant lands in the footprints, they go down. If the peasant lands on the vines, they go up.
8-When someone gets to the top, the race is done and the points are counted. The peasant who gets higher points wins.
4/ Define how the point system works.
Think about what behavior your point system encourages in the player.
The point system is based on luck and on the worth of the Royal in question that the player lands on. I think it combines some excitement and luck to keep the game interesting and unpredictable.
5/ Test the game yourselves by playing it with your team Adjust the rules to make it more interesting to play. This is called an iterative design process. Do this circle of designing- testing –adjusting at least 3 times.
During this process we decided to take away a bunch of useless rules to make it more fun and simple.
